What can brittanyjaynemariephoto's style be described as?
I'd classify myself as a cinematic story-teller with my photos. You'll see a lot of depth and drama in my galleries linked in The Portfolio. I focus on candid moments rather than stiffly posed shots.
How do I book with you?
There is a quick questionnaire process you've got to get through, and filling this out as detailed as possible and giving me the best point of contact moves things along smoothly for all parties. From there you will pay a retainer and reserve a date and time.
How do you collect payment?
For collaborative sessions, I require 50% of the total as a nonrefundable retainer and the other 50% is due the day of the session.
For weddings, I require 30% of the total as a retainer which is also nonrefundable, and the rest of the total is due two weeks (14 days) before the date of the wedding.
I invoice via Square, or you can Zelle me. If you choose to do electronic payments such as Venmo or Cashapp, there will be a $10 fee added to each* transaction you send to me.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please cancel in both an email and a text message to me no later than 24 hours in advance assuming no extensive travel accommodations have been made. We will discuss how to proceed in the future should a reschedule be needed. Please note that my retainers for sessions are nonrefundable and that is non-negotiable. If you need to reschedule more than TWICE, an additional retainer will be required to book a new session.
How many images do I get? Do I choose them?
In your finalized digital gallery included in your session fee, I include 20 edits for you to download. I choose the ones I think tell the story we were trying to convey based on your questionnaire answers.
I offer upgraded image packages as well as print packages for an additional charge.
Do you travel?
Yes! I will absolutely come to you! I have some dream locations in mind, too, so literally anywhere is on the table. Fill out my contact form with details and specifics and we can figure out a game plan. I travel locally up to 30 miles and then anything outside of that will result in a travel fee!
